The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a pressure type prestress anti-floating anchor rod which comprises a threaded steel bar, and an anchoring device, a pre-tightening device, a water stop ring, an assembly type support, a bearing body and an end cap which are connected from top to bottom along the threaded steel bar. The anchoring device, the pre-tightening device, the assembly type support, the bearing body and the end cap are detachably connected to the threaded steel bar, and the water stop ring is fixed to a drilling hole opening. A steel pipe is arranged between the pre-tightening device and the assembly type support, and a pressure-bearing anchoring section is formed between the bearing body and the cushion layer. According to the technology, the steel pipe only needs to be installed within a certain depth range of the orifice, the prestress can be balanced through the bonding force of the steel pipe and the grouting body interface, the requirement for the construction quality of the orifice is not high, and the prestress applying process is greatly simplified.
