The two guide rails are fixedly arranged in the vehicle door symmetrically, and fixed pulleys are arranged at the two ends of each guide rail; the driving assembly comprises a motor and a rope, the motor is fixedly arranged in the vehicle door, the rope is connected end to end and arranged in a 8 shape, the two ends of the rope sleeve the two pulleys of the two guide rails respectively, and the motor can drive the rope to move; the glass clamping assembly comprises sliding blocks and a converter, the two sliding blocks are slidably connected to the two guide rails correspondingly and connected with the rope, clamps capable of clamping the two pieces of glass correspondingly are arranged on the sliding blocks, and the converter is arranged on the sliding blocks and can drive the clamps to be opened and closed. According to the automobile glass lifter, the two kinds of glass are arranged and can be selected according to different use scenes, the double-layer glass can provide better heat insulation and sound insulation effects, and the comfort degree is improved; and the single-layer glass can provide a clearer visual field, so that the driving safety is improved.
