The method comprises the following steps: providing aluminum nitride ceramic slurry, wherein the slurry comprises aluminum nitride powder; a solvent; and a polymeric binder, where the slurry comprises no more than 5 wt% of the polymeric binder; carrying out slip casting on the slurry to form a green body product; and sintering and drying the green body product to manufacture the aluminum nitride ceramic part.
