Composite sand powder material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a composite sand powder material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: mixing sodium silicate bonded foundry waste sand with waste gypsum, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction on sodium silicate and calcium sulfate in the waste gypsum, removing sodium silicate and generating calcium silicate with good fire resistance, then calcining to enable calcium sulfate and silicon dioxide to generate calcium silicate, and finally, carrying out heat treatment on the calcium silicate. Calcium sulfate is decomposed into calcium oxide, then calcium oxide reacts with silicon dioxide to generate calcium silicate, and mixed sand is obtained. Subsequently, the mixed sand is compounded with magnesium oxide sand and boron nitride through dry ball milling, then high-temperature smelting is performed, and magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide react to generate magnesium aluminate spinel. The sand powder material disclosed by the invention has good fire resistance and mechanical strength, can be used for preparing foundry sand, building materials and stones, and endows products with waterproof, fireproof, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effects.
