The invention discloses a liquid anti-cracking agent for mass concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a modified ether shrinkage reducing agent which takes methacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate and ethyl methacrylate as a main chain and takes vinyl diethylene glycol polyoxyethylene ether as a branch chain to be grafted to the main chain; and compounding the modified ether shrinkage reducing agent with a surface tension regulator, an anti-adsorbent, a concrete performance sensitive regulator and water to obtain the liquid anti-cracking agent. The liquid anti-cracking agent provided by the invention solves the problem of shrinkage cracking of mass concrete in an early pouring process, and the anti-cracking agent is sprayed on the surface of the demoulded concrete, so that the cracking of the later concrete is inhibited, the durability of the concrete is improved, and the cracking problem of the concrete is thoroughly solved.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土用液体抗裂剂。本发明首先制备了以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯及异丁烯酸乙酯作为主链，将乙烯基二乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚作为支链接枝到主链上的改性醚类减缩剂，然后将改性醚类减缩剂复配表面张力调节剂、抗吸附剂、混凝土性能敏感调节剂和水获得液体抗裂剂。本发明的液体抗裂剂，解决早期浇筑过程中大体积混凝土的收缩开裂问题，并在混凝土脱模后表面喷涂该抗裂剂，抑制后期混凝土的开裂，提高混凝土耐久性，彻底解决混凝土的开裂问题。
