The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate construction process which comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out, and determining the total construction range of a cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate; the slope toe of the total construction range of the cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate extends downwards along the inclination angle of the slope surface to excavate a groove; the slope surface in the total construction range of the cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate is leveled and tamped; dividing the construction range of each cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate on the slope surface; erecting a template of a cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate on the slope surface; reinforcing meshes of the cast-in-place concrete slope protection plates which are bound in advance are fixed, and concrete is poured; the concrete surface is ironed, and formwork removal is conducted; a formwork of a post-poured cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate is erected beside the pre-poured cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate; fixing the reinforcing mesh, pouring concrete, ironing the surface of the concrete, and removing the mold. Concrete slurry can be prevented from permeating and overflowing along the bottom of the U-shaped structure formed by the cast-in-place concrete slope protection plate formwork as much as possible, waste of concrete is reduced, and meanwhile the surface of the concrete is conveniently ironed.
