The invention provides a geotechnical mat with an electroosmosis function, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical mats. The geotextile mat comprises a fixing rod arranged on a geotextile mat body; the electrodes are arranged on the geotechnical mat body, are fixed on the fixing rods, are used for providing an electroosmosis function for the geotechnical mat and are also used for serving as keels of the geotechnical mat to limit deformation of the geotechnical mat; the data collector is arranged on the geotechnical mat body and used for measuring the pressure and the water content of the tailings and transmitting the pressure and the water content to the power supply collecting device; and the potential probe is arranged on the data acquisition unit and is used for measuring current and voltage between the tailings and transmitting the current and voltage to the power supply acquisition device. The electrodes and the data collector are arranged on a traditional geotextile mat, and the power supply collecting device is matched, so that the geotextile mat has the electroosmosis function, the drainage strength can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and monitoring-drainage integration is achieved.
