The invention discloses an anchor rod pile reinforcement cage. The anchor rod pile reinforcement cage comprises a cylindrical reinforcement cage body and anchor rods. A plurality of radiation ribs are arranged around the cylindrical reinforcement cage, the radiation ribs are hinged to the cylindrical reinforcement cage, each radiation rib comprises an expansion rib and a driving rod, the driving rods extend into the cylindrical reinforcement cage, and the expansion ribs are located outside the cylindrical reinforcement cage; the upper end plate is fixedly installed on the anchor rod, the plug pin is movably inserted in the upper end plate, the driving plate is located in the cylindrical reinforcement cage and movably arranged on the anchor rod in a sleeving mode, the elastic piece is arranged between the upper end plate and the driving plate, and the driving plate is hung on the upper end plate through the limiting rope. The driving plate can drive the radiation ribs to rotate outwards through the elastic pieces. The invention further discloses a construction method of the anchor rod pile. The radiation ribs are of a fixed structure, the diameter of the expanded-head reinforcement cage is changed in a rotating mode, the mode that the diameter is changed through elastic deformation in an existing structure is changed, and the problem caused by plastic deformation of an existing elastic rib is avoided.
