The invention discloses a slope cropland agricultural non-point source pollution control device and a control method thereof. The slope cropland agricultural non-point source pollution control device comprises one or more drainage units. The drainage unit comprises a transverse channel and a longitudinal channel; a transverse rod is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the transverse channel. Grass planting frames are arranged on the transverse rods; symmetrically-arranged blocking plates are fixedly connected to the middle of the transverse channel, and the interior of the transverse channel is divided by the blocking plates to form mounting grooves; the two ends of the transverse channel are provided with pollution discharge parts formed by coamings; through the arrangement of a grass planting frame, a transverse channel, a longitudinal channel and a push plate, the flowing speed of rainwater can be slowed down, the rainwater is deposited under the condition that circulation of the transverse channel and the longitudinal channel is not affected, then the rainwater is transferred into a sewage discharging part through the push plate, and the rainwater is restored to the surface of a slope cropland soil layer through a mud pump; soil on the slope cropland is prevented from being washed away by rainwater, water and soil loss and non-point source pollution are avoided, and the situation that the non-point source control effect is affected due to the fact that circulation of the transverse canal or the longitudinal canal is blocked by sludge can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种坡耕地农业面源污染防治装置及其防治方法，包括一个或多个排水单元；排水单元包括横渠和纵渠；所述横渠内侧壁上固接有横杆；横杆上设置有植草框；所述横渠的中部固接有对称布置的封堵板，该横渠内部经封堵板分隔并形成安装槽；横渠的两端设置有围板构成的排污部；通过植草框、横渠、纵渠以及推板的设置，可以对雨水的流淌速度进行减缓，使其在不影响横渠和纵渠流通的情况下发生沉积，之后通过推板将其转移至排污部内部，利用抽泥泵将其还原至坡耕地土层表面，避免坡耕地上的泥土被雨水冲刷带走，导致发生水土流失，产生面源污染，还可以避免淤泥阻滞横渠或纵渠的流通，从而影响面源防治效果。
