The method comprises the following steps: determining a connection mode for connecting a buckling restrained brace device connection part and a to-be-installed building based on the earthquake average intensity and the earthquake occurrence frequency of an area where the to-be-installed building is located within a preset duration; determining a preferential fastening area based on a sensor mounting area in the buckling restrained brace device connecting component and a structural deformation sensitive area in the buckling restrained brace device connecting component; determining a fastening sequence of the bolts based on whether the three-dimensional shape of the preferential fastening area is a regular three-dimensional shape; whether the installation process is adjusted or not is determined based on whether the buckling restrained brace devices are damaged or not after simulation and the number proportion of the damaged buckling restrained brace devices; according to the method, the installation efficiency of the buckling restrained brace device is improved and the service life of the buckling restrained brace device is prolonged by improving the analysis accuracy of the fastening mode in the installation process of the buckling restrained brace device.
