The invention belongs to the technical field of building structural components, and particularly relates to a house building structural component and a mounting method thereof, and the house building structural component comprises transverse connecting parts for connecting prefabricated beam transverse steel bars and longitudinal connecting parts for connecting longitudinally adjacent transverse connecting parts; the transverse connecting part comprises a center sleeve, fastening sleeves symmetrically installed at the two ends of the center sleeve and fasteners arranged at one ends in the fastening sleeves. The longitudinal connecting part comprises a longitudinal sleeve and longitudinal bolts symmetrically installed at the two ends of the longitudinal sleeve in a sliding mode. The installation method comprises the following steps of (1) installation of the transverse connecting parts, (2) exhaust construction, (3) grouting construction, (4) uniform shaking of slurry and (5) installation of the longitudinal connecting parts. Connection between the sleeve and the reinforcing steel bar can be enhanced, meanwhile, generation of cavities is reduced, the connection strength between the precast beams is improved, meanwhile, multiple grouting modes are achieved, the grouting efficiency is improved, and then the construction efficiency is improved.
