The invention provides a jolt-ramming and plastering method for curb backrest concrete. The jolt-ramming and plastering method is carried out by adopting a jolt-ramming and plastering device. The jolt-ramming and plastering device comprises a support unit, an adjusting unit and a jolt-ramming and plastering unit. The support unit is installed on the top face of the curb and can roll and advance along the top face of the curb, the adjusting unit is connected with the end, close to curb backrest concrete, of the support unit, and the upper end of the compacting and plastering unit is connected with the lower end of the adjusting unit. The jolt ramming and plastering unit comprises a vibrator and a scraping plate; one side of the scraper is in contact with the curb backrest concrete, and the vibrator is attached to the other side of the scraper; the jolt-ramming and plastering method comprises the following steps that S1, the support unit of the jolt-ramming and plastering device is installed on the top face of the curb, and the adjusting unit is adjusted till the scraper is in contact with curb backrest concrete; and S2, starting the vibrator and enabling the jolt-ramming and plastering device to roll along the top surface of the curb, and performing jolt-ramming and plastering treatment on the curb backrest concrete.
