The bridge comprises a beam body, a bridge pier, a high-strength steel bar, a stainless steel plate, a wear-resistant steel plate, non-shrinkage mortar and a high-density polyethylene sleeve, a limiting concrete block is specially designed on a pier top cap, a drainage hole and a high-density polyethylene sleeve are reserved in the middle of the limiting concrete block, the high-density polyethylene sleeve is arranged at the position, corresponding to the limiting concrete block, of a beam body section partition wall, a high-strength steel bar is embedded into the limiting concrete and the sleeve of a beam body, and the high-strength steel bar is anchored; and energy is consumed through relative displacement of the limiting concrete block, the stainless steel plate and the wear-resistant steel plate. The structure is simple, construction is convenient, and the safety of the bridge structure can be effectively protected.
本发明公开了一种桥梁减隔震装置及其安装方法。现有摩擦摆支座与粘滞阻尼器存在投资较高的问题。本发明包括梁体、桥墩、高强钢棒、不锈钢板、耐磨钢板、无收缩砂浆和高密度聚乙烯套管;桥墩顶帽上特殊设计限位混凝土块,限位混凝土块中间预留排水孔与高密度聚乙烯套管,梁体段隔墙与限位混凝土块相对应的位置设置高密度聚乙烯套管,高强钢棒嵌入限位混凝土与梁体的套管中,对高强钢棒进行锚固,并通过限位混凝土块与不锈钢板和耐磨钢板的相对位移进行耗能。本发明结构简单、施工方便,可以有效保护桥梁结构安全。
