The charging port cover electromagnetic lock device suitable for the new energy automobile comprises a charging port box and a charging port cover capable of rotating around a hinge line, a permanent magnet assembly is installed at the front end, and an electromagnetic assembly is arranged on the charging port box. When power is not on, the permanent magnet assembly and the electromagnetic assembly are attracted, and the charging port cover is kept closed. During electrification, the electromagnetic assembly generates a magnetic field which repels the permanent magnet assembly, so that the charging port cover is opened. The charging port box is further provided with a protective cover, a filling groove is formed in the rear end of the protective cover, and the electromagnetic assembly is connected with the containing groove through the terminal interface. And an over-current protector element is arranged in the accommodating groove and is used for heat conduction. And a conduction wire group connected with an external power supply is arranged in the filling groove and is connected in series with the over-current protector element, the terminal interface and the electromagnetic assembly. The resistance of heat generated when the electromagnetic assembly is electrified is increased through the overcurrent protector element, the current intensity is reduced, and heating is reduced. The filling groove is filled with liquefied epoxy resin, and the electromagnetic assembly and the electric connection part thereof are sealed after solidification.
