The ratchet wheel mechanism comprises a support and a fan-shaped ratchet wheel, the support is fixedly arranged on the door curtain, the fan-shaped ratchet wheel is in running fit with the support through a central rotating shaft, the fan-shaped ratchet wheel is of an eccentric structure, and a torsional spring is arranged between the fan-shaped ratchet wheel and the support; the ratchet mechanism is connected with a steel wire rope, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the lower sliding block. And the directions of torques generated by the steel wire rope and the torsional spring on the fan-shaped ratchet wheel are opposite.
