The invention relates to a landslide thrust calculation method and device, electronic equipment and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering.The method comprises the steps that soil layer structure parameters of a side slope are obtained, and a rock-soil body model of the side slope is constructed; calculating soil layer structure parameters to obtain a theoretical value of the slope landslide thrust, performing simulation calculation on the rock-soil body model to obtain a simulation value, and taking a ratio of the simulation value to the theoretical value as a correction coefficient; based on different soil layer structure parameter values, linear relations between the structure parameters and theoretical values, simulation values and correction coefficients are obtained; determining a three-dimensional relationship between the soil layer structure parameter and the correction coefficient based on the linear relationship; acquiring soil layer structure parameters and theoretical values of the target slope; determining a target correction coefficient of the target slope; and determining the corrected landslide thrust of the target slope. According to the method, the correction coefficient is obtained through calculation of a large amount of data, so that the landslide thrust of the target slope in the three-dimensional state is obtained through the correction coefficient when the theoretical value of the target slope is known.
