The invention belongs to the field of ceramics, and particularly discloses a ceramic plate as well as a preparation method and a preparation production line thereof. The preparation method is implemented by using the production line, and the ceramic plate is obtained by distributing, pre-pressing, ink-jet printing, compression molding, drying and firing a green body material. The green body material comprises a matrix powder material with a hollow structure and a fine powder material. According to the invention, jet printing on a raw material layout body formed by different particle size grading green body materials before compression molding is innovatively proposed and realized, a pattern formed by a jet printing medium and generated by infiltration at a certain depth is realized on the surface layer of the green body, and then the whole body layout of the green body materials is combined; the natural and abundant designable three-dimensional layered pattern texture with certain thickness of digital jet printing is realized, and obvious diffusion and distortion are avoided; the preparation links and cost can be greatly reduced, the oil-water separation phenomenon in the conventional spraying ground glaze can be avoided, and the application range of common ceramic ink is expanded.
本发明属于陶瓷领域,具体公开了一种陶瓷板材及其制备方法和制备生产线。该制备方法利用该生产线实施,通过将坯体料布料、预压、喷墨打印、压制成型、干燥和烧制,得到该陶瓷板材;坯体料包括具有空心结构的基体粉料和微细粉料。本发明创新地提出并实现压制成型前由不同粒径级配坯体料形成的原料布局体上的喷印,在坯体表层实现了一定深度的浸渗产生的由喷印的介质形成的图案,再结合坯体料的通体布局,实现具有一定厚度的数码喷印的自然丰富的可设计的立体层次图案纹理,且不会出现明显的扩散及失真;本发明还可大大减少制备环节和成本,并能避免常规喷淋底釉中的油水分离现象,拓展了普通陶瓷墨水的应用范围。
