The invention relates to an organic fiber core material pretreatment method, a vacuum insulation panel and a preparation method of the vacuum insulation panel. The organic fiber core material is subjected to vacuum heating treatment, so that the heat conductivity coefficient of the vacuum insulated panel with the organic fiber as the core material is reduced, and the heat insulation performance and the aging resistance of the vacuum insulated panel are improved. Besides, by optimizing the fiber diameter and fiber arrangement of the organic fiber core material and cooperating with the vacuum heating treatment step, the heat conductivity coefficient of the vacuum insulation panel with the organic fiber as the core material is reduced to about 2 mW/(m.K).
