The invention discloses a preparation method of a sand washing mud-based pressed product, which comprises the following steps: carrying out semi-dry dehydration on sand washing mud until the water content is 15-20%, and then mixing the sand washing mud with biopolymer powder to obtain a premix, the biopolymer powder comprises cationic polymer powder and anionic polymer powder; loading the premix into a mold, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a pressed product mold blank; and activating the pressed product mold blank by using microwaves to obtain the sand washing mud-based pressed product. Therefore, the pressed product prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high forming speed, high compressive strength and no need of a long-time autoclaved activation process, the forming period is greatly prolonged, and the large-scale yield is favorably increased. The raw materials are rich in source, solid waste resource utilization of the sand washing mud can be achieved, waste is turned into wealth, and the environmental burden is reduced.
本发明公开了一种洗砂泥基压制品的制备方法,该方法将洗砂泥进行半干脱水至含水率15%~20%,然后与生物聚合物粉末混合,以获得预混料,其中,所述生物聚合物粉末包括阳离子聚合物粉末与阴离子聚合物粉末;将所述预混料装入模具并压制成型,得到压制品模胚;利用微波对所述压制品模胚进行活化后,得到洗砂泥基压制品。由此,本发明的制备方法制备的压制品,成型速度快,抗压强度高,无需长时间的蒸压活化工序,极大地提升了成型周期,有利于提升规模化产量。并且原材料来源丰富,能够实现洗砂泥的固废资源化利用,变废为宝,降低了环境负担。
