The invention discloses a grouting reinforcement material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of mine grouting reinforcement materials. The grouting reinforcement material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 85%-97% of an inorganic material and 3%-15% of an organic material, wherein the total mass fraction of the grouting reinforcement material is 100%; the organic materials comprise a water reducing agent, a suspending agent, a defoaming agent, a waterproof agent, an air entraining agent, an adhesive and water-absorbent resin; the inorganic material comprises a hydraulic cementing material, an expanding agent, an early strength agent and a rheological agent. When the grouting reinforcement material is used for reinforcing the soft rock roadway, the crack resistance, the water-proof and seepage-proof performance and the self-repairing performance of the grouting reinforcement material are good.
