The invention relates to a municipal road sewage disposal device which comprises a sewage disposal vehicle. The first hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the front side of the trash cleaning vehicle through a first connecting rod; the material passing disc is fixed to the bottom of a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder, and a plurality of discharging holes are formed in the bottom of the material passing disc; the material pump is fixed in the trash cleaning truck and is communicated with the material passing disc through a connecting pipe; the water pump is fixed on the sewage disposal truck, and the water pump is connected with a liquid suction pipe; the second hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the trash cleaning vehicle; the pressing plate is fixed at the bottom of a piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder; the front end of the transverse rod is fixedly connected with the trash cleaning vehicle through a positioning plate, and the rear end of the transverse rod is located on the rear side of the trash cleaning vehicle; and the rotating wheel is rotationally installed at the rear end of the transverse rod through a rotating shaft, and a plurality of inserting rods are arranged on the outer surface of the rotating wheel. According to the device, mechanical equipment is adopted for drainage and decontamination, the drainage and desilting work efficiency is high, and meanwhile the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
