The invention discloses an excavation disturbance deviation prevention device and method for a deep silt soil prefabricated pipe pile. The device comprises a clamping mechanism, an adjusting mechanism and a connecting mechanism. The clamping mechanism comprises a sleeve, a clamping plate and a clamping wheel, wherein the prefabricated pipe pile is sleeved with the sleeve, the clamping plate is arranged in the sleeve, the clamping wheel is arranged on the sleeve, and the clamping wheel is driven by a driving motor so that the clamping plate can clamp the prefabricated pipe pile. The adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting plate rotationally connected to the top of the sleeve and a telescopic rod arranged at the front end of the adjusting plate. The connecting mechanism comprises connectors arranged at the output ends of the telescopic rods, connecting rods arranged between the connectors on the two adjacent prefabricated pipe piles and fixing sleeves arranged at the two ends of the connecting rods and used for fixing the connectors.
