Construction method for housing construction super-long sewage pipe network
The invention relates to a housing building super-long sewage pipe network construction method which comprises the following steps that a super-long sewage pipe network is divided to form a plurality of construction sections, construction is conducted in sequence, and the construction of each construction section comprises the steps that supporting plates are arranged on the two sides of the corresponding position of the construction section; a pipe ditch is formed between the supporting plates on the two sides through excavation; constructing a cushion layer at the bottom of the pipe ditch formed by excavation; a sewage pipe is installed on the cushion layer; backfilling backfill materials on the cushion layer to form a backfill layer, wherein the top of the formed backfill layer is higher than the top of the sewage pipe; a concrete layer is constructed on the backfill layer; backfilling soil on the concrete layer and compacting the soil, and pulling out the supporting plate; and after the construction of one construction section is completed, the construction of the next construction section is carried out until the construction of the super-long sewage pipe network is completed. The supporting system is formed by the cushion layer, the concrete layer and the middle backfilling layer, and the situation that the sewage pipeline sinks and deforms in the supporting plate pulling-out process can be avoided.
本发明涉及一种房建超长污水管网施工方法,包括如下步骤:针对超长污水管网进行划分以形成多个施工区段并依序进行施工,每一施工区段的施工包括:在施工区段对应位置的两侧设置支护板;在两侧的支护板之间开挖形成管沟;于开挖形成的管沟的底部施工垫层;将污水管安装在垫层之上;向垫层上进行回填料的回填以形成回填层,所形成的回填层的顶部高于污水管的顶部;在回填层之上施工混凝土层;在混凝土层之上进行回填土并压实,将支护板拔出;在完成一个施工区段的施工后,进行下一施工区段的施工,直至超长污水管网施工完成。本发明采用垫层与混凝土层+中部回填层形成支撑体系,能够避免污水管道在支护板拔出过程产生下沉以及变形。
