The invention provides a suspended ceiling transfer layer structure in a walkway connected with an ALC wall and a construction method of the suspended ceiling transfer layer structure. The transfer floor structure includes: a support beam; wherein the supporting cross beam is arranged between the ALC wall body and the other supporting wall body, one end of the supporting cross beam is connected with the ALC wall body through a first connecting piece, and the other end of the supporting cross beam is connected with the other supporting wall body through a second connecting piece; and the other supporting wall body is an ALC wall body or a concrete wall body. The supporting cross beam arranged between the ALC wall body and the supporting wall body serves as a conversion layer, the suspended ceiling structure on the lower side can be supported, and the supporting cross beam can effectively serve as a suspended ceiling stress structure to provide a good tension system under the conditions that the aisle space is high and upper pipelines and pipe healds are dense and complex; the problem that construction of a conventional net rack transfer layer structure cannot be carried out due to the fact that an existing area transfer layer vertical angle steel cannot be connected with a top plate and has no good stress point is solved.
本发明提供了一种连接ALC墙体走道内吊顶转换层结构及其施工方法。该转换层结构包括:支撑横梁;其中,所述支撑横梁设置在ALC墙体和另一支撑墙体之间,并且,所述支撑横梁的一端通过第一连接件与所述ALC墙体相连接,另一端通过第二连接件与所述另一支撑墙体相连接;其中,所述另一支撑墙体为ALC墙体或混凝土墙体。本发明通过布置在ALC墙体与支撑墙体之间的支撑横梁,作为转换层,可以对下侧的吊顶结构进行支撑,可在较高走道空间且上部管线及管综密集复杂情况下,能够有效作为吊顶受力结构提供较好的受拉体系,解决了现有区域转换层竖向角钢不能连接顶板没有好的受力点致使无法进行常规网架转换层结构的施工的问题。
