Through the arrangement of the auxiliary mechanism, an operator can be assisted in inserting the top assembly type structure to the base body from top to bottom, and manpower needed in the inserting process is less; and due to the arrangement of the auxiliary mechanism, an operator can conduct concrete pouring treatment on the inserting position of the top assembly type structure and the base body, the inserting position of the top assembly type structure and the base body can be reinforced and fixed after concrete is solidified, and therefore the matching firmness between the top assembly type structure and the base body is effectively guaranteed.
