According to the movable type zero-discharge environment-friendly public toilet, impurities and the like contained in liquid are intercepted on the inclined plane through the floating sieve plate, when the floating sieve plate reaches the highest liquid level along with the sewage treatment chamber, the impurities are poured into the microbial degradation chamber in a unified mode, solid-liquid diversion is further achieved, precipitation of solid substances in sewage is reduced, and through the aeration pipe, the solid substances can be effectively degraded. Sewage can be subjected to aeration treatment, and the scraping plate is driven to stir impurities on the inclined surface, so that the impurities are prevented from staying on the floating sieve plate to cause blockage.
