Longitudinal bending is manufactured in the mode that bending is replaced by straight bending, meanwhile, in order to guarantee the overall linear precision requirement of the double-limb tower, the design segments are divided into smaller manufacturing segments, and the overall linear and shape requirements of the double-limb tower are guaranteed; and the inner flange is adopted for connection, so that the structure has better wind resistance, the overall stability is enhanced, and the site construction difficulty and cost are reduced.
