Recycling method of perfluorocarbon waste
The invention relates to the technical field of waste resource utilization, in particular to a recycling method of perfluorocarbon waste. The method comprises the following steps: pre-treating the perfluorocarbon waste, and mixing the pre-treated perfluorocarbon waste with auxiliary materials according to a mass ratio of the perfluorocarbon waste to the auxiliary materials of 1: (1-5) to obtain a solid material to be treated; mixing the solid material to be treated with a cement raw material, and sintering at 1400-1500 DEG C to obtain clinker serving as a cement raw material; wherein the physical form of the perfluorocarbon waste is liquid or solid; the auxiliary material is selected from at least one of pulverized coal, quicklime powder, charcoal powder, slaked lime powder and cement clinker powder. By using the recycling method provided by the invention, the perfluorocarbon waste can be converted into calcium fluoride and other primary minerals as components in the clinker, the recycling cost is low, and the efficiency is high.
本发明涉及废弃物资源化利用技术领域,具体涉及一种全氟碳类废弃物的回收利用方法。全氟碳类废弃物进行前处理,然后与辅料按全氟碳类废弃物:辅料为1:1‑5的质量比混合,得到待处理固体料;待处理固体料与水泥生料混合,在1400‑1500℃下烧结得到作为水泥原料的熟料;其中,全氟碳类废弃物的物理形态为液态或固态;辅料选自煤粉、生石灰粉、木炭粉、熟石灰粉和水泥熟料粉中的至少一种。使用本发明的回收利用方法可以将全氟碳类废弃物转化成氟化钙等原生矿物作为熟料中的组分,回收利用成本低、效率高。
