The invention provides a method for improving the interface performance of steel fibers and a matrix in UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete), and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1, soaking copper-plated steel fibers in an alkaline solution for dezincification treatment, and then sequentially cleaning and drying the dezincified copper-plated steel fibers to obtain dezincified steel fibers; method 2: soaking the dezincified steel fiber in the method 1 in an electrolyte solution containing a chelating agent for chelating modification; the method 3 comprises the following steps: soaking the stainless steel fiber in an electrolyte solution containing a chelating agent for chelating modification; the alkaline solution is a calcium hydroxide solution, a sodium hydroxide solution or a potassium hydroxide solution; the chelating agent is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt. According to the method provided by the invention, the surface roughness of the steel fibers is effectively improved, and the interface bonding performance between the steel fibers and a concrete matrix is improved, so that the tensile strength, the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the prepared UHPC are improved.
本发明提供了一种UHPC中钢纤维与基体界面性能提升的方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明提供的方法为方法1:将镀铜钢纤维浸泡在碱性溶液中进行脱锌处理,之后将脱锌完成后的镀铜钢纤维依次进行清洗、干燥,得到脱锌钢纤维;方法2:将方法1中所述脱锌钢纤维浸泡于含螯合剂的电解质溶液中进行螯合改性;方法3:将不锈钢钢纤维浸泡于含螯合剂的电解质溶液中进行螯合改性;所述碱性溶液为氢氧化钙溶液、氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液;所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。本发明所提供的方法有效提高了钢纤维表面的粗糙度,提升了钢纤维与混凝土基体之间的界面粘结性能,从而提升了所制备的UHPC的抗拉与抗弯强度及断裂韧性。
