The invention discloses a preparation process of a refractory material for a high-temperature bauxite calcination rotary kiln, and relates to the technical field of high-temperature-resistant materials. Magnesium aluminate spinel particles; alpha-alumina micro powder; tabular corundum fine powder; a binder; and water. The high-temperature bauxite calcination rotary kiln refractory material prepared by the invention takes tabular corundum particles, magnesium aluminate spinel particles, alpha-alumina micro powder and tabular corundum fine powder as main raw materials, high-calcium oxide/alumina porous pellets are prepared by adopting an in-situ decomposition method, and then the high-calcium oxide/alumina porous pellets are combined with an alumina raw material to prepare the high-temperature bauxite calcination rotary kiln refractory material. The high-temperature bauxite calcined rotary kiln refractory material with a spherical pore structure is prepared by adopting a pore-forming mechanism of reaction diffusion, and the prepared product has the excellent characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance, and can meet the use requirements of a high-temperature kiln lining working layer.
本发明公开了高温铝矾土煅烧回转窑用耐火材料的制备工艺,涉及耐高温材料技术领域,由下述原料制得:板状刚玉颗粒;镁铝尖晶石颗粒;α‑氧化铝微粉;板状刚玉细粉;结合剂;水。本发明制备的高温铝矾土煅烧回转窑耐火材料以板状刚玉颗粒、镁铝尖晶石颗粒、α‑氧化铝微粉、板状刚玉细粉为主要原料,采用原位分解的方法制备了高氧化钙/氧化铝多孔小球,然后,将高氧化钙/氧化铝的多孔小球与氧化铝质原料结合,采用反应扩散的成孔机理,制备出含有球形孔结构的高温铝矾土煅烧回转窑耐火材料,所制得产品耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐磨、抗热震的优良特性,能够满足高温窑炉内衬工作层的使用的要求。
