The invention relates to a water-sewage separation device capable of preventing sediment deposition, which comprises a fixed frame, a semicircular rubber air bag, a semi-arc-shaped sand separation column, a sand baffle, an air pump and a solar power supply system, the other surface of the fixed frame is fixed with the edge of the semicircular rubber air bag; an air outlet of the air pump is communicated with the semicircular rubber air bag, and the water inlet channel penetrates through the semicircular rubber air bag to be communicated with the gate. The exhaust valve is connected with an exhaust hose, and the exhaust hose is fixed to the surface of the semicircular rubber air bag. Sediment deposited on the semicircular rubber air bag can be effectively vibrated, the cleaning effect is achieved, in addition, water flow is caused by opening and closing of the gate, the sediment deposited on the two sides of the gate is disturbed, then the sediment is separated and deposited on the two sides of the gate or flows away along with water flow, and therefore the problem of sediment deposition in front of the gate is effectively solved.
