The invention discloses a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall using an expansion component and a construction method thereof, and aims to provide a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall using an expansion component and a construction method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems that the water stop effect of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is affected due to the fact that the prefabricated wall bodies are easy to loosen because a larger gap exists in an occlusion structure between the existing prefabricated wall bodies. The prefabricated underground diaphragm wall using the expansion component comprises the expansion component and a plurality of prefabricated wall bodies which are sequentially distributed, and any two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies are connected through a meshing structure; an insertion cavity is formed between any two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies, an expansion component is inserted into the insertion cavity, and the expansion component provides expansion force to open the two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies, so that the meshing structures between the two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies are tensioned mutually.
