Assembled integral type hollow floor system based on prestressed hollow slabs
The prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs are mutually spliced to form the floor system, the prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs are provided with transverse penetrating reinforcing steel bars, and the adjacent prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs are horizontally connected through the transverse penetrating reinforcing steel bars. Abutted seam connecting pieces are arranged at the butt joint ends of the prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs, and after the abutted seam connecting pieces are in butt joint in abutted seams formed by the prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs, concrete is cast in place to connect the prestressed hollow slabs into a whole; prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs are adopted as the floor system, the flat hollow floor system with the large span can be formed, the sound insulation and heat insulation performance of a building can be improved, flexible arrangement of internal partition walls is achieved, and the prefabricated prestressed hollow slab floor system has the advantages of being simple in structure, rapid to construct, low in cost, safe and reliable; and environmental protection and reduction of carbon emission are facilitated.
本发明公开一种基于预应力空心板的装配整体式空心楼盖,包括相互拼接形成楼盖的预制预应力空心板,所述预制预应力空心板设置有横向贯穿钢筋,相邻预制预应力空心板之间通过横向贯穿钢筋水平连接,所述预制预应力空心板对接端设置有拼缝连接件,拼缝连接件在预制预应力空心板形成的拼缝内对接后现浇混凝土将预应力空心板连接成整体;采用预制预应力空心板作为楼盖,能够形成较大跨度的平板空心楼盖,改善建筑隔声、隔热性能,实现内隔墙的灵活布置,具有构造简单、施工快捷、成本低廉、安全可靠的特点,且楼盖跨度范围内无需采用竖向支撑和消耗性模板,有利于环境保护和降低碳排放。
