The invention relates to a vehicle roof module (1) having a glass roof part (3), the underside (4) of which partially overlaps a vehicle ceiling (5). According to the invention, a sun-shading unit (8) with a textile (11) is provided, which sun-shading unit can be detachably arranged between the underside (4) of the glass roof part (3) and the vehicle interior (6) via a magnetic connection unit (9) in order to shade the vehicle interior (6). The connecting unit (9) has at least one groove (10) extending in the transverse direction (Y) or the longitudinal direction (X) of the glass roof part (3), which groove is open on the side of the vehicle ceiling (5) facing away from the vehicle interior (6). A forming part (12) matched with the groove (10) in shape can be hung into the groove (10) from the upper portion, and the forming part is fixedly connected with a textile fabric (11).
