When water flow impacts the protection plate, the protection plate is driven to rotate to buffer the impact force of the water flow, meanwhile, downward force is applied to the supporting frame through resistance generated when the push plate moves in water, reinforcing of the connecting position of the supporting frame and the ground is achieved, and therefore the probability that connection between the supporting frame and the ground is loosened is reduced.
