The invention relates to a coal piling anti-settlement ground which comprises a first rammed earth layer, a cement cushion layer, a second rammed earth layer, a base layer and a surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, a first foundation pile is arranged in the cement cushion layer, and a first drainage supporting device is arranged between the second rammed earth layer and the base layer. The first drainage supporting device is fixedly installed on the first foundation pile, and a drainage pipe is arranged in the cement cushion layer. The foundation is of a five-layer structure, the double rammed earth layers and the cement cushion layer can effectively improve the strength of the foundation, meanwhile, the first drainage supporting device is arranged between the second rammed earth layer and the base layer, the U-shaped first supporting pipe can play a supporting role to prevent ground collapse, and the first supporting pipe is provided with the water absorption holes, so that the water absorption effect is improved. And water in the foundation can enter the water absorption holes and then is drained through the drainage pipe, the rapid drainage effect is achieved, and ground settlement is effectively prevented.
