The door and window comprises a waterproof heat insulation frame body and a waterproof heat insulation window body, an active cooling assembly is arranged on the outer side of the waterproof heat insulation frame body, and the assembly is composed of a frame, a plurality of plate bodies, a cooling groove, a water supply channel, a water storage groove and a water supply assembly. The plate body is rotationally connected with the frame, linkage is achieved through the synchronous wheel and the synchronous rack, and a locking assembly is arranged on the frame to control the sliding position of the synchronous rack. A sliding groove, a rolling shaft and a sponge sleeve are arranged in the cooling groove, a duckbill valve is installed at a water outlet of the water supply channel, and the bottom of the water storage groove is designed to be inclined and provided with a sedimentation bin and a drainage valve. The efficient waterproof and heat insulation functions of the door and window are achieved, meanwhile, the active cooling capacity is achieved, and the use performance and comfort of the building door and window are remarkably improved.
