Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trennwandmodul (10) einer Trennwand zum Abdecken einer Öffnung in einem Baukörper, aufweisend einen Modulrahmen (20) aus zumindest zwei Vertikalprofilen (30) und zumindest zwei Horizontalprofilen (40), wobei an dem Modulrahmen (20) auf beiden Seiten jeweils eine Abdeckplatte (50) befestigt ist, wobei die Horizontalprofile (40) an jedem Ende einen Kontaktabschnitt (42) aufweisen, welcher jeweils mit einem Gegenkontaktabschnitt (32) eines Vertikalprofils (30) in zumindest abschnittsweise formschlüssig befestigendem Kontakt steht für eine Befestigung der Horizontalprofile (40) an den Vertikalprofilen (30).
