Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Grünlings 1 mit einem Presswerkzeug 2, ein Presswerkzeug 2 , einen Grünling 1 sowie ein Sinterteil 30. Das Presswerkzeug 2 umfasst eine Matrize 3 und weiter einen entlang einer axialen Richtung 4 verfahrbaren ersten Stempel 10 sowie einen entlang einer radialen Richtung 11 durch einen Kanal 12 in der Matrize 3 und hin zur Aufnahme 9 verfahrbaren und dabei eine Öffnung 8 der Aufnahme 9 ausfüllenden zweiten Stempel 13. Das Verfahren umfasst die folgenden Schritte:a) Bereitstellen der Matrize 3 und des zweiten Stempels 13, wobei der zweite Stempel 13 vor oder während Schritt b) gegenüber der Innenumfangsfläche 7 in der radialen Richtung 11 nach außen versetzt angeordnet ist;b) Einfüllen eines pulverförmigen Werkstoffes 14 in die Aufnahme 9;c) Verfahren zumindest des ersten Stempels 10 und des zweiten Stempels 13 und Verpressen des Werkstoffes 14 in der Aufnahme 9, wobei der zweite Stempel 13 in der radialen Richtung 11 hin zur Aufnahme 9 nur so weit verfahren wird, dass er mit der Innenumfangsfläche 7 bündig abschließend angeordnet ist.
A method for producing a green compact uses a pressing tool including a die, a first punch to be displaced in an axial direction, a second punch to be displaced in a radial direction through a channel in the die and a receptacle having a filling opening. The method includes locating the second punch before or during filling of a powdery material into the receptacle so as to be outwardly offset in the radial direction relative to an inner peripheral surface, filling the powdery material into the receptacle, and moving at least the first punch and the second punch and compressing the material in the receptacle, with the second punch being moved in the radial direction toward the receptacle only so far that it is disposed flush with a region of the inner peripheral surface. A pressing tool, a green compact and a sintered part are also provided.
