Mobiler Identifikationsgeber (SP) für eine Zugangsanordnung (ZAO) eines Fahrzeugs (FZ), mit folgenden Merkmalen:- einer identifikationsgeberseitigen Empfangseinrichtung (SES) zum Empfangen eines fahrzeugseitigen Anfragesignals (CN);- einer identifikationsgeberseitigen Sendeeinrichtung (SES) zum Aussenden eines Antwortsignals (RN) ansprechend auf den Empfang des fahrzeugseitigen Anfragesignals (CN);- einer identifikationsgeberseitigen Bewegungserfassungseinrichtung (BBE, GSI, NSE) zum Erfassen einer Bewegung (BWM) und/oder des aktuellen Orts (OID) des mobilen Identifikationsgebers (SP) ;- einer identifikationsgeberseitigen Steuereinrichtung (IST) zum Erkennen eines Notzustands der Zugangsanordnung (ZAO), wenn + von der identifikationsgeberseitigen Bewegungserfassungseinrichtung (BBE) ein vorbestimmtes Bewegungsmuster und/oder ein Aufenthalt des mobilen Identifikationsgebers (SP) innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Ortsbereichs (BOID) erfasst wird, und+ kein fahrzeugseitiges Anfragesignal (RN) seitens der identifikationsgeberseitigen Empfangseinrichtung (SES) empfangen wird.
A mobile identification transmitter (SP) for a vehicle (FZ) access assembly (ZAO) has a receiving device (SES) for receiving a vehicle-side request signal (CN) and a transmission device (SES) for transmitting a response signal (RN) in response to the reception of the request signal. Furthermore, the mobile identification transmitter has an identification transmitter-side movement detection device (BBE) for detecting a movement and/or the current location of the mobile identification transmitter. Finally, the mobile identification transmitter has an identification transmitter-side controller (IST) for detecting an emergency state of the access assembly if the movement detection device detects a specified movement pattern and/or a stop of the identification transmitter within a specified location region (BOID) and the receiving device does not receive a vehicle-side request signal. Thus, a simple and comfortable emergency operation is possible in a detected emergency state of the access assembly.
