Die Erfindung betrifft eine sanitäre Wanne (D), insbesondere Duschtasse, vorzugsweise aus Stahl-Email, mit einem Boden (1), mit einer in dem Boden ausgebildeten Ablauföffnung (2) und mit einem zu der Wanne separat hergestellten, ringförmigen Flansch (4), der eine Anschlussfläche (4.1) definiert und an der Unterseite des Bodens der Wanne angeordnet ist und die Ablauföffnung umgibt. Die Wanne ist zudem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (4) ohne ein an der Oberseite des Bodens (1) der Wanne (D) anliegendes Verbindungsgegenstück mit der Unterseite der Wanne (D) flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist, und dass der Flansch (4) mit einem Ablaufgehäuse (9) einer Ablaufarmatur (5) verbunden ist oder für eine lösbare Verbindung mit einem Ablaufgehäuse (9) einer Ablaufarmatur (5) hergerichtet ist.
