Druckverfahren zum Bilden eines kontinuierlichen Strangs (ST) von Baustoff (BS) zum 3D-Druck von einem Bauwerksteil (BWT) mittels eines Drucksystems (20),- wobei das Drucksystem (20) aufweist:- eine Druckvorrichtung (1), wobei die Druckvorrichtung (1) zum Austragen von Baustoff BS) aus der Druckvorrichtung (1) heraus und zum Formen von Baustoff (BS) zum Bilden eines Strangs (ST) von Baustoff (BS) ausgebildet ist, und- eine diskontinuierliche Baustoffpumpe (23), wobei die diskontinuierliche Baustoffpumpe (23) zum diskontinuierlichen Fördern von Baustoff (BS) zum diskontinuierlichen Austragen von gefördertem Baustoff (BS) aus der Druckvorrichtung (1) heraus ausgebildet ist,- wobei das Druckverfahren die Schritte aufweist:- a) diskontinuierliches Fördern von Baustoff (BS) mittels der diskontinuierlichen Baustoffpumpe (23) und diskontinuierliches Austragen von gefördertem Baustoff (BS) aus der Druckvorrichtung (1) heraus und Formen von gefördertem Baustoff (BS) mittels der Druckvorrichtung (1), und- b) diskontinuierliches Bewegen der Druckvorrichtung (1) während des diskontinuierlichen Förderns und des diskontinuierlichen Austragens derart, dass der ausgetragene und geformte Baustoff (BS) einen kontinuierlichen Strang (ST) von Baustoff (BS) bildet.
A printing method forms a continuous strand of building material for 3D printing of a structural part via a printing system. The printing system has a printing apparatus that dispenses building material out of the printing apparatus and shapes building material to form a strand of building material, and a discontinuous building material pump that discontinuously conveys building material for discontinuously dispensing conveyed building material out of the printing apparatus. The printing method includes the steps of: a) discontinuously conveying building material via the discontinuous building material pump and discontinuously dispensing conveyed building material out of the printing apparatus and shaping conveyed building material via the printing apparatus, and b) discontinuously moving the printing apparatus during the discontinuous conveying and the discontinuous dispensing such that the dispensed and shaped building material forms a continuous strand of building material.
