Die Erfindung betrifft ein Carport für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Unterbau und einem Oberbau, wobei der Unterbau eine Vielzahl von Stützelementen zur Befestigung an einer Bodenstruktur hat und die Stützelemente ein Aufnahmeraum für ein Kraftfahrzeug bilden, wobei der Unterbau eine Montagestruktur hat, die an den Stützelementen angeordnet ist, wobei der Oberbau an der Montagestruktur montierbar ist, wobei der Oberbau eine Grundstruktur zur Befestigung an der Montagestruktur und eine Trägerstruktur zur Befestigung einer photovoltaischen Zelle hat. Der Oberbau ist dabei um zumindest eine Raumachse rotierbar gelagert.
