Verfahren zur Bereitstellung einer Neutrockenbauplatte, Neutrockenbauplatte, Verfahren zur Errichtung einer zweiten Trockenbauwand und zweite Trockenbauwand
Beschrieben und dargestellt ist ein Verfahren (1) zur Bereitstellung einer Neutrockenbauplatte (7), insbesondere einer Neugipskartonplatte oder einer Neugipsfaserplatte, mit einem vorgegebenen Endmaß. Die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren anzugeben, sodass Neutrockenbauplatten besonders einfach bereitgestellt werden können, ist dadurch gelöst,dass die Neutrockenbauplatte (7) aus einer eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) einer ersten Trockenbauwand (3) herausgetrennt wird, wobei die eingebaute Alttrockenbauplatte (2) an Altständerprofilen (4) eines Altständerwerks (5) befestigt ist,dass das Endmaß derart auf ein Neuständerwerk (10) angepasst wird, dass die Neutrockenbauplatte (7) in wenigstens einer Einbauausrichtung an wenigstens zwei Neuständerprofilen (11) eines Neuständerwerks (10) befestigt werden kann,und dass das Verfahren (1) die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Detektieren (12) wenigstens eines Altständerprofils (4) eines Altständerwerks (5),- Heraustrennen (13) eines Teils der eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) unter Berücksichtigung des Altständerwerks (5), wobei der herausgetrennte Teil der eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) als Neutrockenbauplatte (7) bereitgestellt wird,- optional Zuschneiden (14) der bereitgestellten Neutrockenbauplatte (7) auf das Endmaß.
The invention relates to a method (1) for providing a new drywall panel (7), in particular a new gypsum plaster board or a new gypsum fibre board, having predefined final dimensions. Beschrieben und dargestellt ist ein Verfahren (1) zur Bereitstellung einer Neutrockenbauplatte (7), insbesondere einer Neugipskartonplatte oder einer Neugipsfaserplatte, mit einem vorgegebenen Endmaß. Die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren anzugeben, sodass Neutrockenbauplatten besonders einfach bereitgestellt werden können, ist dadurch gelöst,dass die Neutrockenbauplatte (7) aus einer eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) einer ersten Trockenbauwand (3) herausgetrennt wird, wobei die eingebaute Alttrockenbauplatte (2) an Altständerprofilen (4) eines Altständerwerks (5) befestigt ist,dass das Endmaß derart auf ein Neuständerwerk (10) angepasst wird, dass die Neutrockenbauplatte (7) in wenigstens einer Einbauausrichtung an wenigstens zwei Neuständerprofilen (11) eines Neuständerwerks (10) befestigt werden kann,und dass das Verfahren (1) die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Detektieren (12) wenigstens eines Altständerprofils (4) eines Altständerwerks (5),- Heraustrennen (13) eines Teils der eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) unter Berücksichtigung des Altständerwerks (5), wobei der herausgetrennte Teil der eingebauten Alttrockenbauplatte (2) als Neutrockenbauplatte (7) bereitgestellt wird,- optional Zuschneiden (14) der bereitgestellten Neutrockenbauplatte (7) auf das Endmaß.
