Sinterkörper, umfassend Siliziumoxid und Kohlenstoff, wobei der Sinterkörper einen D-Band-Scheitelpunkt bei einer Wellenzahl von 1.311 cm-1bis 1.371 cm-1und einen G-Band-Scheitelpunkt bei einer Wellenzahl von 1.572 cm-1bis 1.632 cm-1in einem Raman-Spektrum aufweist, und wobei der D-Band-Scheitelpunkt oder der G-Band-Scheitelpunkt eine höhere Intensität als ein fünfter Scheitelpunkt aufweist, der bei einer Wellenzahl von 1.027 cm-1bis 1.087 cm-1in dem Raman-Spektrum vorhanden ist.
