ELEKTRONISCHE WALZE
Eine elektrische Walze (1), aufweisend: ein Paar vorderer und hinterer Verdichtungsräder; einen die Verdichtungsräder drehbar tragenden Fahrzeugrahmen; zwei oder mehr Elektromotoren, die zweiseitig symmetrisch auf einer gemeinsamen Welle angeordnet und so ausgebildet sind, dass sie eines der Verdichtungsräder antreiben; einen ersten Wechselrichter (J2), um eine Drehzahl eines Referenzmotors (M2) zu steuern; einen zweiten Wechselrichter (J3), um ein Drehmoment eines Folgemotors (M3) zu steuern; eine Batterie zur Stromversorgung des Referenzmotors (M2), des Folgemotors (M3), des ersten Wechselrichters (J2) und des zweiten Wechselrichters (J3); und eine Steuereinheit (3) zum Ausgeben von Steuersignalen an den ersten Wechselrichter (J2) und den zweiten Wechselrichter (J3), wobei die elektrische Walze (1) keinen Verbrennungsmotor aufweist und nur die Batterie als Stromquelle für die Verdichtungsräder verwendet.
This invention is characterized by comprising: a pair of compaction rollers respectively installed at the front and the rear; a vehicle body frame for rotatably supporting the compaction rollers; a plurality of electric motors that drive the compaction rollers and are arranged coaxially and with left-right symmetry; a first inverter (J2) for controlling the rotational speed of a reference motor (M2); a second inverter (J3) for controlling the torque of a following motor (M3); a battery for supplying power to the reference motor (M2), the following motor (M3), the first inverter (J2), and the second inverter (J3), respectively; and a control unit (3) for outputting a control signal to the first inverter (J2) and the second inverter (J3), respectively. This invention is also characterized by including no internal combustion engine and using the battery solely as the power source of the compaction rollers.
