PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION D'ÉLÉMENTS DE CONSTRUCTION INCORPORANT DES BOUES D'ÉPURATION
The preparation of expanded clay granulates comprises: (A) granulation of a clay mixture containing at least 10% by dry material weight of organo-mineral mud; (B) drying of the granulate obtained; (C) firing of the granulate at an appropriate temperature to assure the expansion of the clay. The mud is, if necessary, first dried to a water content of 20 to 50% by weight. Independent claims are also included for: (A) the expanded clay granulate obtained by this method; (B) construction elements incorporating the expanded clay granulates.
