The sanitary fitting (1) has a housing (6) with a spray regulator (4), fitted with at least one insert (5a,5b) with lateral bars across the water flow to define passage openings (12) between them. The bars of the insert(s) form a grid or a net, with intersection points (10). The water flow to the spray regulator is passed through a perforated plate (2) to give water sprays.
