The controller has a pre-stressed elastic element (36) pressing a jet disc (26) with a sealing surface (39) towards a flow direction (46) above a preset maximum flow pressure against a fixedly housed sealing surface (37). Through-holes (42) are formed in extended and/or distributed manner such that the disc is closed with a closed sanitary armature and water flows through the through-holes during withdrawal of water. The surface (39) is raised against pre-stressing of the surface (37) when the maximum preset pressure is reached such that the water flows between the sealing surfaces.
