The invention concerns a road system device comprising a road system component wherein is provided a receiver port, a transponder, and a link element. The link element comprises a base body (20) equipped with main members (26) for fixing the link element to the road system component and a transponder housing. The base body (20) defines a centerline (X-X). The main fixing members comprise a first main lug (26) projecting on the base body (20) and which, in non-mounted state, extends along an oblique direction relative to the centerline (X-X). The invention is applicable to road manholes.
